A limited number of 2 month packages will be available on specific sites only. ALL 2 month packages must be paid in full no later than Oct 1 or the reservation will be released
RESERVATIONS on ALL packages require a deposit of $200.00, which applies to the last month's rent. Balance is due before or upon arrival. Our REFUND POLICY applies to all packages. REFUNDS are for serious illness or immediate parties making reservations. We must be notified of cancellation in writing by Nov 1, to receive a refund of $150.00. No refunds are allowed on unused rent after Dec 1. ADDITIONAL DAYS on Two, Three or Five month packages will be prorated at the regular package price (not the discount price) for a maximum of 14 days. Any additional days will be charged the daily rate of $28.00. NO STORAGE is allowed without a reservation.
