All packages MUST be selected and paid for in full at time of arrival. Additional months added after check in will be at the regular monthly rate listed above.
RESERVATIONS on ALL packages require a deposit of $200.00, which applies to the last months’ rent. Balance is due before or upon arrival. Our REFUND POLICY applies to all packages. REFUNDS are for a serious illness of immediate parties making reservations. We must be notified in writing with a reason for the cancellation no later than Oct 1, to receive a refund of $150.00. NO refunds after Oct. 1 for any reason and NO refunds after arrival for ANY reason. Additional days will be charged the regular rates listed above.
Storage on lots is available to 5 or 6 month package or contract holders only. NO STORAGE is allowed without a reservation.
