Reservations on Two, Three and Five month packages require a deposit of $150.00, which applies to the last month’s rents. Balance is due before or upon arrival.
Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy applies to all packages. Refunds are for a serious illness of immediate parties making reservations. We must be notified of cancellation in writing by November 1st, to receive a refund of $115.00. No refunds are allowed on unused rent after December 1st. ADDITIONAL DAYS on Two, Three or Five month packages will be prorated at the regular package price {not the discount price} for a maximum of 14 days. Any additional days will be charged the daily rate of $24.00.
